Any conduct that may imply a breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or an act contrary to the law in force by any FIRES professional or any supplier or subcontractor, within the framework of the business relationship with FIRES, must be reported.

CAN THE COMPLAINT BE ANONYMOUS?

Of course, complaints can be made anonymously, but in the event that the complainant wishes to identify him/herself, confidentiality is guaranteed.

WHO WILL MANAGE MY CLAIM?

The FIRES Group Compliance Officer shall investigate the complaint with the utmost confidentiality and shall resolve the matter with objectivity and impartiality, and shall ensure that the complainant is not harmed.
